Knock knock — Who’s there? — Doctor — Doctor Who? — Ba rum bum bum — Hahahaha. It’s because it’s like a knock-knock joke where you say “Doctor who?” but there’s also a man on the telly who’s called Doctor Who.  Thanks for the funny.  (Filed under Oh Now I Get It.)
